The XD(M) (X-treme Duty-More) are a series of
semi-automatic pistols
that are polymer-framed and striker-fired. They closely resemble their
predecessor, the HS2000 pistol (most
widely known in the United States as Springfield Armory XD) Manufactured in
the city of Karlovac, Croatia by
HS Produkt (formerly I.M. Metal),
the Springfield Armory XD(M) is the marketing name for the weapon, which is
licensed and sold in the US by
Springfield Armory,
Inc.
Tokyo Marui does it again with their masterful rendition of the XDM. It is
all in the details. Here is a rundown on the form and functions of this
amazing looking extreme duty pistol:
Totally new design internal GBB system accepts only XDM specific
magazines and parts
Realistic fixed white dot iron sights built to last under extreme
conditions
Detailed slide ridges designed for positive grip in any situation
Realistic simulated striker firing pin functions to indicate when
hammer is cocked and ready to fire
Forward rail attachment for any 20mm light or laser
Serial number plate with hidden safety slide switch on frame
Stylized ergonomic frame with selective 3 total selective back straps
for customization of grip dimensions (Small Medium and Large)
Includes lanyard attachment on pistol grip
DOUBLE safeties: on trigger with plastic trigger safety, and grip
safety (both must be depressed to fire)
Ambidextrous magazine button release
Fully Field strippable similarly to 226 models with metal swivel latch
Metal contoured slide stop for positive grip
26+1 rounds 6mm double stacked BB capacity
Package includes Pistol, Pin punch tool for back straps removal and
replacement, standard barrel cleaning tool, 2 follower stoppers, 1 magazine
and 2 additional back straps (3 sizes in total), and a pack of Marui BBs
