Tanaka Luger P08 1914 Erfurt Heavy Weight GBB Airsoft Pistol (8 Inch)

The Imperial German Royal Arsenal at Erfurt produced some of the best Lugers back in the day, with inspector marks and serial numbers all over the gun, it was a show of quality over quantity which was not common especially when Germany at that time was preparing for The Great War.

This Tanaka airsoft gas gun is one of the best replicas to replicate the famous Erfurt's Parabellum. With proof marks and numbers all over the pistol just like the real one. The build quality is exceptional and features high-quality heavy-weight ABS plastic greatly mirroring the real steel firearm. The operation is similar to the real one as well with all the corresponding switches located where you would expect to find them on the actual pistol.

Other than being a replica of the "Erfurt Model", this particular one is based on the Lange Pistole 08 better known as the "Artillery Luger". This variant has a longer barrel with the rear sight in front of the action, the rear sight is also adjustable for distances up to 800 meters, which is a bit too optimistic for an airsoft gun but it was on the real thing. The build quality is exceptional and features high-quality heavyweight ABS plastic greatly mirroring the real steel firearm. The operation is similar to the real one as well with all the corresponding switches located where you would expect to find them on the actual pistol.

Internally the pistol uses the W.A. Magna blowback, it shoots nicely with a snappy recoil impulse. The gun also features an adjustable hop-up that can be accessed by removing the top portion of the pistol, adjustable via a small Allen key.
