The Desert Tech Stealth Recon Scout (SRS) is a bolt-action sniper rifle developed by the Utah-based firearm manufacturer Desert Tech (formerly Desert Tactical Arms). First produced in 2008, the SRS is best known for its bullpup design, giving it the nickname of being ‘The Shortest Long Range Rifle’ making it popular amongst shooters looking for portability in urban environments. This has resulted in the Desert Tech SRS being adopted by forces in the Czechia, Georgia, Indonesia and Ukraine amongst others. The airsoft SRS is produced exclusively by Silverback Airsoft and as such the Silverback SRS airsoft sniper rifles have become popular high performance rifles, these include the Silverback SRS A2 Covert (16 inch Barrel) Licensed by Desert Tech - OD and the Silverback SRS A2 (22 inch Barrel) Licensed by Desert Tech - OD.
