How Accurate is a co2 Airsoft Sniper?
Snipers shoot targets that are far away. Because the BB has to travel a very long distance, the sniper has to be very careful when taking aim. There are three main things that have an effect on the accuracy of the shot. You must plan ahead for these things.

The target may be moving, such as walking or running. You must think about where the target will be when the BB reaches it. A still target may suddenly move.

Force of gravity affects the BB, so that it will drop towards the ground. If the target is close, the effect of gravity does not have a big effect on accuracy. If it’s further, then the sniper must judge how high to shoot, to make up for the distance that the BB will fall as it flies.

Wind also affects the way in which a BB will travel and can blow it away from the target. A sniper must think about the direction that the wind is blowing and the strength of the wind. You might need to shoot to the left or the right of the target, to make up for the wind.
How Does a co2 Airsoft Sniper Work?
A co2 airsoft sniper is almost the same as its green gas counterpart, except that co2 is stored in a pressurized capsule in a mag, buttstock, or pistol grip. Whenever you squeeze that trigger, the knocker in the mag will hit the valve on the gas reservoir, causing it to release pressurized gas into the co2 gun. That co2 will start to push the BB out of the chamber to cause it to fire, then any remaining co2 will cause the pistol's slide to move backward. Thus the airsoft gun can load the second round for a follow-up shot, similar to how to real steel functions. Because it uses pressurized co2 as a power source, it can be used in cold temperatures but it’ll still drop fast due to high pressure regardless of what environment it’s in. If it’s shot too fast, a cool-down effect will occur resulting in a significant fps drop.

What Is a CO2 Airsoft Sniper Rifle?
A CO2 airsoft sniper rifle is powered by CO2 cartridges that provide the muscle necessary to propel ammo out the muzzle and down range. Since CO2 has a higher pressure rating than green gas, it delivers the BBs with higher speed (measured in feet per second, or FPS). CO2 airsoft guns, including rifles, also perform better in colder temperatures compared to their green gas sniper rifle counterparts.
Sniper rifles come in several versions, including CO2, gas snipers, and spring, and there are many advantages of CO2 airsoft sniper rifles over airsoft spring-powered versions (often called “springers”).

How does a CO2 Airsoft sniper work?

Airsoft Sniper CO2 vs Spring Sniper?
CO2 airsoft sniper rifles have certain pros and cons compared to spring powered airsoft snipers. Whilst spring powered snipers excel in terms of FPS consistency, this comes at certain costs especially as higher power levels will require a stiffer spring which will lower the rate of fire and induce greater fatigue in the user from pulling a powerful spring for each shot. CO2 airsoft snipers do not suffer this issue as the bolt action merely has to load the next bb with no resistance, the downside however is that CO2 airsoft sniper rifles do require a separate CO2 cartridge to operate and that having the gas run out ingame presents a significant inconvenience to the user.
