Guns Modify MWS Airsoft M4 GBB Rifle (URGI with COLT Receiver, 10.3 inch)

The MK18 URG-I stands for the Upper Receiver Group-Improved and it features a gas block end without a front sight and a railed M-LOK handguard, by Geissele Automatics. Currently in used by many special force units in the United States military. Designed as an upgrade and to replace guns like the standard MK18, the URG-I aims to modernize many of the weapon systems currently in use with lightweight M-LOK rails, an improved charging handle, and an updated barrel.

The Airsoft version as we have here from Guns Modify seems to be very similar to other offerings that are patterned similarly. However, while the externals seem to be yet another URGI rifle, its the internals that makes this rifle truly shine.

Internally, the rifle is powered by the Tokyo Marui M4 MWS ZET system, making it incredibly reliable and consistent, not to mention exceptionally gas efficient. This also means that the magazines are compatible with other third-party or first-party magazines.

Additionally, as it is a rifle that is retrofitted with Guns Modify parts, this Airsoft rifle is already pre-upgraded out of the box with premium components that are made of steel and high-quality alloy. However, if you want to further upgrade the rifle, you have access to a plethora of upgrade parts that are available for the MWS ZET system.

Performance-wise, just like the original MWS rifles from Tokyo Marui, it shoots incredibly consistent and accurately, being able to hit targets up to 30-40 meters with 0.25g BBs with relative ease. The recoil is very snappy and the cyclic rate is sublime to say the least. The trigger is adjustable with the included trigger kit and the trigger break is clean and crisp compared to the OG MWS rifles. The externals are clean and precise as one would expect from Guns Modify with a few parts made using CNC machined aluminum like the handguard, buffer tube, and outer barrel assembly. The stock and grip are made using polymer injection molds, making them very durable and robust.

Overall, the Guns Modify M4 URGI MWS GBB Airsoft rifle is built to be a very capable gun that once assembled, is ready to shred and dominate. You can really feel the difference in quality and performance with just the first couple of shots. Give it a mag dump and you will never want for anything else again!
