ORSIS T-5000
The Orsis T-5000 is a Russian bolt-action sniper rifle. Developed by Orsis and first introduced in 2011, the T-5000 was built to fill a capability gap within the Russian armed forces for high precision modular indigenous sniper and anti material rifles. Able to fire a variety of cartridges including 6.5×47mm Lapua, 7.62x51mm NATO and 12.7x108mm for the anti material version, the rifle has been accepted into service by mainly former Soviet states like Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The airsoft T-5000 is a very new addition to the airsoft industry with only one replica in the form of the Bear Paw Production Airsoft T-5000 M Spring Powered Sniper Rifle existing for airsoft players to use. Being a highly unique airsoft sniper rifle, the airsoft T-5000’s rarity and size makes it mainly a collector’s item though the airsoft T-5000 remains a competitive albeit bulky option for use on the field.
