Novritsch SSP28 GBB Airsoft Pistol - Black

The latest iteration of the Novritsch G platform lineup sees a significant redesign of this select-fire pistol, aimed at delivering an exceptional airsoft experience. A notable feature of this unique pistol is its innovative split-slide design, which departs from the conventional ejection port, resulting in a lighter slide weight. This new configuration, combined with additional compression springs mounted on the sides of the slide and a slide travel stop, enhances the cycling speed, achieving an impressive fire rate of 28 rounds per second right out of the box. This ample cyclic rate ensures more than sufficient firepower for both single and full-auto modes, allowing the included 30-round magazine to be emptied in just one second. To withstand the demands of high-rate firing, the internal fire controls are reinforced with steel components, particularly the compression springs and hammer group, ensuring reliable performance in the field.

In addition to its high rate of fire and split-slide design, the SSP28 boasts numerous enhancements that make it ideal for airsoft skirmishes. It features a 6.01 tightbore inner barrel for improved range and accuracy, complemented by an innovative Prism bucking and a top-down center (TDC) hop-up chamber that applies vertical pressure to the BBs. This results in a straighter, longer, and more stable trajectory for each shot, capable of effectively hopping BBs weighing up to 0.46 grams. The fixed, non-dropping outer barrel ensures consistent BB performance and accuracy, while its reduced number of moving parts contributes to a longer lifespan by minimizing wear over time. Additionally, a 14mm CCW outer barrel threading is available for the installation of muzzle and tracer devices. The pistol is designed with ambidextrous slide release and a reversible magazine release, making it accessible for left-handed shooters and convenient for akimbo setups. There is also an option to install a proprietary optic plate for the convenience of mounting a red dot sight, while still allowing for on-the-fly adjustments to the TDC hop-up. The SSP28 retains the functionalities of other airsoft pistols, including a Picatinny rail interface for mounting peripheral devices, and remains a part of the SSP ecosystem, compatible with components like the Universal Holster Adapter for the SSP5/SSP1 or the Minimalistic Carbine Kit for the SSP28/SSP18.
