G&G G980 / KAR98K Airsoft Classic Rifle (Gas Version)

The G980 is the classic choice for front-line troop load-outs in WWII-themed games for soldiers of the Wehrmacht. A classic WWII-era rifle deployed as a standard infantry rifle by the Wehrmacht, the G980 uses a tried and trusted bolt action system. While it may have lacked the rate of fire of the M1 Garand, the German military doctrine placed the rifleman in support of the machine gunner anyway.

G&G's take on the airsoft version of the Kar 98K shown here is a realistic-looking bolt action gas bolt action rifle with incredibly smooth action and metal parts to assemble a stunning display piece for collectors and a powerful sniper rifle for skirmishers alike. Constructed from real wood, the stock feels extremely firm and is smooth to the touch, as well as has a metal barrel, receiver, and bolt to add to its realistic weight. The G980 also Includes a real leather sling for carrying it on long missions - and for that authentic look. The G&G G980 also comes with two 9-round magazines, Which is a bonus as it makes this rifle skirmishable right out of the box without worrying about ammo limitation. Accessing the hop-up in the G980 is super easy, push the small black circle underneath the rear sight, and it will hop out your hop-up dial on the opposite side.
