APS M4 CQB Style AEG Airsoft Rifle (Using Edge II Gearbox) - Black (4.5mm BB)

The APS M4A1 AEG Airsoft Rifle is not your typical electric airsoft rifle firing the standard 6mm BBs, in fact, this isn't an airsoft gun to begin with as this is an airgun! Yes, you read it right, this is an electric-powered, .177 / 4.5mm steel BB firing air rifle by APS and it also has their EDGE gearbox like their regular AR-15 / M4 style AEG.

This is APS's first attempt into the air rifle category and we are quite impressed by it, Some of us would ask questions like why did not more companies that already produce electric airsoft guns use their existing technology on airgun caliber? We might not have the answer to that but APS has done it and now we have a bridge between airsoft and airgun. If you have used an M4 / AR15 style electric airsoft gun before, you will find the controls of this are right at home as all the controls are the same as the ones found on a standard AR 15 / M4 style AEG.

The APS M4A1 AEG Airsoft Rifle also features APS's top-of-the-line gearbox, The APS Edge II Version 2 Gearbox AEG is a high-performance gearbox. It features a fine-tune switch, full steel teeth piston, stainless steel ported cylinder, and aluminum cylinder head with double O-rings. It's compatible with TM Spec and aftermarket gears and has a quick-change spring system for easy adjustments. Paired with an 11.1v Lipo battery, the APS M4A1 Airgun can fire up to 870 Rounds per minute, which is a great ROF for an out-of-the-box airgun.

Due to the standard M4A1 form factor that this airgun utilizes, the APS M4A1 AEG air rifle does not have many attachment points for accessories, with the only Picatinny sections found under the carry handle and on the stock, this air rifle also features a 14mm CCW threaded outer barrel, allowing for the attachment of different muzzle devices such as suppressors and maybe a mock muzzle flash device, which is great for just standard backyard plinking. However, If you do wish for more modularity, APS does offer this air gun platform in other form factors such as the APS M4 CQB Style AEG Airsoft Rifle and other models that they will release soon.
