BROWNING HI POWER

AIRSOFT BROWNING HI POWER

The Browning Hi-Power is a single-action, semi-automatic handgun available in 9mm and .40 S&W calibers. Based on a design by American firearms inventor John Browning who died before the handgun was complete and completed by Dieudonné Saive at Fabrique Nationale (FN), the gun was named after its late designer while the ‘High Power’ designation alludes to the 13-round magazine capacity which was almost twice that of other designs at the time. Over the course of its 80+ year history the Hi-Power is one of the most widely used military pistols ever made, having been used by the armed forces of over 50 countries with countless variants, clones and adaptations made over the years. FN ceased production in 2018 after 82 years; however the Hi-Power’s enduring popularity and continued service in numerous countries resulted in FN restarting production of an updated model in 2022 to compete with the sudden resurgence in popularity. The airsoft Browing Hi Power is made by two brands, Tanaka and WE in the form of the Tanaka Airsoft Browning Hi-Power M1935 Vigilante (Heavy Weight) and the full metal WE Browning Hi-Power MK3 Green Gas Airsoft Pistol - Black.
