The Tokyo Marui Lightning Hawk is a gas pistol patterned after the same gun found in the remake of the legendary video game Biohazard 2 or Resident Evil 2.

The gun, like all TM guns that are special "Biohazard Editions" come in extremely elaborate boxes. Not only does it come with a decorative outer box but a real wooden crate as well.

The gun itself is the same high quality plastic you have come to expect from TM and since the gun comes with an extra silver slide, that silver one looks extremely similar to actual brushed stainless steel. Based off the Desert Eagle platform, the shooting experience will be very stratifying as it should boast incredible recoil impulse and full cycle cycling.

Solid build and beautiful packaging

I have collected all of Marui's Resident Evil guns, so I had to have this one too. Basically a much more beautiful version of Marui's long-running Desert Eagle. Solid shooting performance and epic unboxing experience. Most of Marui's resident evil guns appreciate in value over time so you can make money while enjoying them too!

Leon's Handcannon

The Lighting Hawk was one of my favorite Resident Evil 2 and RE2 Remake weapons. I bought this in 2019-2020 I think when the pandemic and lockdowns were most active. The wait for this item was absolutely worth it! Just like on the image above, it will come with two FULL slides, all of its internals are in each slide. I know TM has a thing with plastic bodies on guns but this is amazingly done. There is some sort of nickel plating on the lower body of the gun, and I'm sure this helps its structural integrity. I really really love the finish on it, the silver barrel, also the original barrel it comes with when you first get it in RE2, is my favorite. This thing has the bling, and on the front of the barrel, a fluorescent green optic fiber. The black 10-inch barrel has heightened sights with its rear sights, adjustable. Although, one small nitpick I have with this is that the 10-inch barrel is quite heavy and most of the weight is centered in the middle, meaning that the front of the lower will be under more stress compared to using the silver barrel. I can see why some people would attach a grip onto the 10-inch barrel now. However, I imagine most people now don't use this airsoft for regular use but will use it for backyard plinking or show on display as it is a limited collectible after all. The Lightning Hawk Desert Eagle is a solid piece of package but I wish the lower were reinforced.
