Maruzen Walther PPK Secret Edition GBB Airsoft Pistol (Limited Edition)

James Bond fans rejoice! Finally, a PPK airsoft pistol that is not the /S variant. Even more fitting is that this is a Marushin "Secret" Edition of the Walther PPK GBB Airsoft pistol series that includes a dedicated suppressor unit.

The Walther PP (Polizeipistole or Police Pistol in German) is a legendary pistol that was designed and made during the onset of Nazi Germany in 1935. The PPK, K stands for kurz or short in German is a smaller version of the PP and it is used and favored by James Bond in the 007 film series, the British MI6 and the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom, MACVSOG Recon Skydiver Team of the United States Armed Forces and the list goes on. Even on the infamous side, Adolf Hitler committed suicide with his personal PPK, a PPK was also used to assassinate a former South Korean leader.

The Maruzen Walther PPK Gas Blowback Pistol is a 1:1 replica of the famous Walther PPK and it is also fully licensed by Umarex (Elite Force) and Walther. Although the gun is plastic, it does not look plastic at all as the finishing is done so well, this is expected from a reputable Japanese manufacturer and it feels nice when holding it.

The action of the gun is quite realistic as well, as there is functional safety, a de-cocker, single and double-action trigger. Although this pistol is made of plastic, it has a very snappy recoil impulse when firing it, also due to the slide being so short and this airsoft pistol having a hair trigger on a single action, rapid follow-up shots are very doable with this gas airsoft pistol, and it will bring a smile to your face when you know that this compact gas pistol can shoot faster than most stock Hi-Capa style gas airsoft pistols.
