The Hartford Derringer No. 3 Heavyweight Tokyo Shop Custom Model Gun is a faithful replica of a custom Colt Derringer Number 3. This model gun is made of a heavy-weight plastic that gives it an almost metal-like feel and it has the weight to back it up. This gun has a side-opening barrel that can only be opened when the hammer is in the halfcocked position just like how the real gun would have operated.

The package does come with 2 dummy .41 Rimfire cartridges, allowing you to "load" and "unload" this gun at home without the fear of any discharge as this is a non-firing replica. That being said, it is also a great piece to have if you are trying to cosplay as a bounty hunter or a poker player during the Old West Period.
