The Nagant M1895 Revolver is a seven-shot, gas-seal revolver designed and produced by Belgian industrialist Léon Nagant for the Russian Empire and was chambered for a proprietary 7.62×38mmR cartridge. A unique aspect of the M1895 was that it featured an unusual "gas-seal" system, in which the cylinder of the revolver moved forward when the gun was cocked, to close the gap between the cylinder and the barrel, providing a boost to the muzzle velocity of the bullet and allowing the weapon to be suppressed (an unusual characteristic for a revolver). The airsoft Nagant M1895 is a somewhat novelty model considering its history, nevertheless Wingun has a series of airsoft Nagant M1985 revolvers in different colors including the WinGun Revolver CO2 721 Airsoft Nagant M1895 (4 inch, Brown Grip, 6mm Version) - Weathered and WinGun Revolver CO2 721 Airsoft Nagant M1895 (4 inch, Brown Grip, 6mm Version) - Silver.
