The third iteration of the alphabetically designated Dr. Black pistol grip series, the Type C grip is crafted from aluminium and tailored for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa GBB pistol series. This grip is designed to be lightweight yet robust, effectively reducing the overall weight of the pistol while enhancing handling performance and maintaining its structural integrity. Featuring a distinctive Type C design aesthetic, this competitive grip incorporates dedicated intrusions for the included grip tape, which improves grip manipulation for the shooter. Additionally, the trigger guard is equipped with specialised finger groove cut-outs, allowing for a higher purchase on the pistol to minimise recoil, complemented by a knurled surface for improved control with the shooters offhand. The Type C grip also includes a modified Type A flared aluminum magwell, which features extra cut-outs for grip tape, thereby enhancing reloading efficiency during magazine swaps, along with an enlarged magazine release for quicker changes under pressure.
