BONEYARD Ares G36K AEG - Black

Here's another blast from the past for you, an airsoft boneyard rifle that was new during RedWolf TV's Tim & Tazz era and straight from ARES's vault, the Ares G36K or AS36 with the GL-08 under barrel launcher! This airsoft gun has an electric blowback system and has an early ARES EFCS unit inside. A faithful replica of what German Bundeswehr troops would be using during the height of the War on Terror, this rifle features the iconic G36 style hybrid optic (More on that later) and the under-barrel launcher that will work with most airsoft 40mm moscart grenades.

Most of the control of this is ambidextrous the only exception is the folding stock release button, and since this is an EBB, all the features on this airsoft gun are quite realistic, so much so that you could lock the bolt back by racking the bolt back and pushing the tab inside the trigger guard to lock the bolt to the back, allowing for easy hop-up adjustments. The externals of this airsoft boneyard gun are made of high-quality nylon fiber polymer just like the real thing, giving you excellent weight and rigidity.

Finally, the optic on this rifle is of top quality, ARES has done a great job of mimicking the real optic. The main optic is a 3.5x powered optic with a circle reticle and the auxiliary optic is a standard red dot that sits on the powered optic. The red dot is powered by two 23A batteries and it still works on this model.
