The M4A1 is a compact version of the M16 family, featuring a 14.5-inch barrel and an adjustable stock that enhances comfort and maneuverability in close-quarter situations. Originally designed for rear echelon roles, this shortened variant quickly became a reliable and iconic rifle for frontline troops due to its versatility and lightweight design. The respected NATO rifle inspired numerous variations and improvements to this day, establishing the quality of the well-known AR-15 platform. Used by over 60 countries, this iconic rifle is associated with the West and has been involved in many conflicts, including the Kosovo War, War in Iraq, and Global War on Terrorism. It has also made appearances in pop culture, with references in films like "Hurt Locker" "Generation Kill" and "Black Hawk Down". It holds a special place among gun enthusiasts and the airsoft community.

The Ares version of the M4A1 offers selectable Safe, Semi, and Full Auto options, along with an adjustable hop-up dial that is activated by pulling the charging handle back. It also includes a functional bolt stop and a five-position adjustable stock. With high-quality externals and internals, the Ares M4A1 is constructed with an aluminum receiver, complemented by a polymer stock and handguard. The rifle provides modular customizability, featuring a modular outer barrel, a removable carry handle, handguard, and stock, allowing you to personalize the rifle to your heart's content.

Internally, Ares includes a quality V2 gearbox, which features durable gears, a reinforced piston, and the signature microswitch that delivers the unique Ares crisp trigger pull. Additionally, it has a quick-detaching spring guide, enabling easy swapping of the AEG spring to adjust the power output of your rifle, ensuring it meets the field's FPS requirements.
