The simplest PTT (push to talk) unit around, a small tethered PTT button which makes use of the included elasticized band to attach to a finger.

Finger PTTs are an acquired taste; not everyone is comfortable with a wired fabric ring on their finger constantly but those who can use them find them invaluable. The ability to use your comms at the drop of a hat, even when your hands are on your weapon in the middle of a fire fight, can be incredibly useful.
