Vector Optics Tauron 1-6x24 FFP LPVO Rifle Scope

The Tauron 1-6x24 LPVO scope from Vector Optics is a premier optic that offers excellent value for money. Designed with a first focal plane, it seamlessly blends versatility for both close-quarter and long-distance shooting, making it ideal for dynamic shooters in competitive, shooting, or hunting scenarios. This scope is a rebranding of the Taurus line, allowing for smooth transitions between genuine 1x magnification for rapid target acquisition and 6x magnification for precise long-range shooting, making it perfect for close to mid-range rifles that require speed and accuracy.

Crafted from precision-milled 6061-T6 aluminium, the Tauron features an etched VTA-9 MIL reticle, designed with a horseshoe shape and ballistic drop compensation, providing a ballistic drop range of 100-1400 yards. The optic includes six brightness levels, adjustable via a rotary dial on the left side, powered by a CR2032 battery. Notably, the scope can still function without battery power, provided there is sufficient ambient light for the reticle to be visible against the background. With a windage and elevation adjustment range of 60 MIL, in 0.1 MOA click increments, the LPVO employs locked turrets for zeroing adjustments, allowing for quick corrections and preventing accidental zero loss.

As a versatile optic, this enclosed LPVO features crisp, multi-coated glass that ensures HD clarity and vibrant colour accuracy. Its 1x magnification facilitates open-eye shooting, akin to standard red dots and holographic sights, with minimal lens distortion. Additionally, it boasts an IP67 dust and waterproof rating. Its nitrogen-purged chamber effectively prevents fogging in humid conditions, ensuring consistent and unobstructed aiming. Designed with a 30mm configuration, the tube is compatible with 30mm optics mounts, enabling users to customise and fine-tune the LPVO to their preferences.
