Tailored specifically for United Kingdom airsoft enthusiasts without an active UKARA defense, the RWC 2-Tone Cerakote Service ensures your replica meets the strict legal criteria of the Violent Crime Reduction Act (VCRA) 2006 before dispatch. Instead of relying on thick, fragile aerosol coats that gum up moving components, this workshop service applies industrial-grade Cerakote to clear statutory 51% principal color mandates. The result is a fully legal import through UK Border Force that preserves structural tolerances and operational cycling.
- Legal Compliance: Meets VCRA regulations with precision coverage across over 51% of the exterior surface (Pistol: Slide assembly only; Rifle: Upper receiver assembly only).
- Finish Material: Genuine Cerakote H-Series thermally cured ceramic coating for superior abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance.
- Color Options: High-visibility compliant finishes including Blue, Fire Red, Hazard Orange, and Signal Green.
- Tolerance Preservation: Applied at a micro-thin profile (~1 mil / 25 microns) to prevent friction, binding, or slide drag on precision gas blowback rails and takedown pins.
- Workshop Process: Complete detail strip, solvent degreasing, controlled media blasting, internal channel masking, robotic/manual spray coating, and thermal oven cure.
- Service Inclusions: Full disassembly of the relevant component, surface preparation, Cerakote coating, reassembly, and post-cure functional cycling check.
Sourcing an airsoft replica into the UK without a recognized defense requires pragmatic legal solutions, but your platform shouldn't suffer from chipped enamel or seized tolerances. The RWC Cerakote 2-Tone service provides a resilient, chemical-resistant barrier engineered to withstand rough field handling and weather, making it the practical, professional choice for compliant ownership.
