The Galils was mostly issued to the Armored corps, Artillery corps and some units of the Israeli Air Forces. The Galil rifles were exported to the various South American, African and Asian countries while Estonia only received some Galil rifles in the early 2000s. Models such as the R-4 (Galil AR), R-5(Galil SAR) and R-6 (Galil MAR) assault rifles, and are used by the South African Military.
Enough about the real world, let's talk about games and movies that involve Counter Terrorism, of which there were many that involved the Galil. The most recent movie it's been in was GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra. The Israeli Military used Galils as they should considering it's a weapon they've developed but any movie or game that doesn't involve the Israeli Military shows the 'bad guys' acquiring this weapon. If you're played Counter Strike: Source, you know exactly what I mean!
Let's get back to the product itself. This non-blowback Galil ARM is an offical licensed product. King Arms build the Galil AEG as close as the real steel, the appearance and markings are bare a very close resemblance to one another. The specs are identical to the real firearm so most of the accessories for the Galil are compatible with our AEG such as the handguard, stock and scope mount. In order to create more realistic shooting experience, the special designed bolt carrier operating mechanism was installed to simulate the real firearm blowback action but unfortunately, this one does not have that function. It has a dummy selector is installed on left side of the AEG while staying true to the original design. The actual fire selector is on the other side looking much like its AK and the Dragunov counterpart.
Even if it is an AEG, it is still very robust because as it is built with a Nylon Fiber handguard, Aluminum receiver, and steel top cover and parts making it all weigh in at around 3600g. The battery is stored in the upper receiver of which you could place a 11.1V G&P Stick Lipo Battery making it fire close to 20 rounds a second and up to 400 fps which is incredibly impressive! The hop up is rather extreme so we would suggest using heavier BBs anyway and it'll be very accurate.
