The Silverback SRS operator bolt knob is a replacement over the stock one that comes with the gun. Most notably, the operator knob is vastly different from the stock, rounded and smooth knob that comes with the gun. The upgrade as we have here is a lighter and enlarged. Adding to the size of the knob itself is the ribbed design of the outer portion which gives more grip while cycling the bolt.
The installation is extremely simple. You simply untwist the original knob that comes with the stock gun. Some lock tight might be recommended to keep the replacement knob in place so it will not fall off during heavy use.
