REDWOLF AIRSOFT SHIPPING TIMES

We offer a range of shipping options, with different prices and shipping times for each.

EXPRESS

• Fastest but most expensive method, usually ships within 24 hours on business days and rely on Express Mail Service (EMS) provided by the postal services, or UPS / FEDEX / DHL depending on what you ordered and where you live.  Given that Airsoft can be sensitive, we will use the most reliable shipping company to ship your order.
• For US customers living in California who are ordering complete Airsoft guns, or US customers living in any of the 50 states who are ordering Tokyo Marui branded Airsoft guns, you should use ECONOMY shipping instead of EXPRESS.  This will avoid any additional hidden fees levied by US customs, and unnecessary delays that might make EXPRESS slower than ECONOMY.
• Approximate shipping times:  Americas (2-7 days) | USA & EUROPE (5-10 days) | ANZ (3-7 days) | Asia (1-5 days)
• Tracking number will be emailed to you when the order ships out.

AIRMAIL / REGISTERED AIRMAIL / AIR PARCEL

• Moderately priced option but slower, usually ships three times per week, and it uses the postal services
• Approximate shipping times:  Americas (7-16 days) | Europe (7-15 days) | ANZ (7-20 days) | Asia (7-15 days)
• If you selected REGISTERED AIRMAIL, then a tracking number will be emailed to you when the order ships out.

SURESHIP (USA)

• Cheapest but slower option, usually ships once a week by private logistics provider.  Once your order is placed, it will stay in PROCESSING status until the next shipment date.  Depending on the date that you placed your order, the shipping date might be up to 7-10 days later.
• Actual time depends on how long US customs takes to process the shipment and weather conditions.
• We will email a UPS tracking number to you when the order ships out.  But note that the UPS or Fedex tracking number will ONLY show updates once your order clears US customs, which usually happens 8-10 days after shipping from our warehouse.  Clearance time might be longer during holiday season.
  
• Approximate shipping times from the point that it ships out:  West Coast (10-12 Days) | Mid-West (13-15 Days) | East Coast (15-17) Days

ECONOMY (SOUTH KOREA)

• Cheapest but slower option, usually ships once a week by private logistics provider.  Once your order is placed, it will stay in PROCESSING status until the next shipment date.  Depending on the date that you placed your order, the shipping date might be up to one week later.
• Approximate shipping time is 4-7 days after shipping from our warehouse.  Actual delivery time depends on how fast Korean customs processes your order.  We have observed that any actions to avoid paying tax on your order may result in Korean customs holding and delaying orders at the border.
• Tracking number for the Korean private logistics company will be emailed to you once the order ships out.

SURFACE

• This is the cheapest and slowest option of all, with no tracking available.  This option is the only one available for gas purchases, because airsoft gas is considered a dangerous good and is prohibited from air transport of any kind.  This option ships your order by boat and truck.
• Approximate shipping times:  Americas (44-75 days) | Europe (43-68 days) | ANZ (30-58 days) | Asia (20-45 days)
• A tracking number will be emailed to you only for REGISTERED SURFACE mail.  Otherwise, no tracking number is provided.

We can arrange a different shipping method or address than the one you selected at checkout. But we can only do this before the order ships out from our warehouse. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any more changes to it. UPS or the other shipping companies might tell you that you can change it mid-way, but our experience tells us that they will charge you extra for the change but the impact will be very limited. Frankly it’s logistically difficult to locate a package mid-way on a flight, or in a truck that’s traveling across the US. Changes can only be made at package distribution centers, but catching it is not fool-proof. Unfortunately, once your order ships out from our warehouse, there is very little change you can make to it.

Some countries will charge the buyer import and sales tax for your overseas orders. While not every package is inspected by customs in your country, that means you may or may not get taxed depending on your luck. But if you do get selected to be charged, the shipping company will inform you at the time of delivery to pay the tax. If you refuse to pay the tax, the package will not be given to you and may either be returned to us, or abandoned and destroyed. If the package is returned, we can refund your order amount minus the return shipping charges, our own restocking fee of 20%, and any other administration fees that the shipping company charges for the incident. If the package is abandoned and destroyed, we will not refund you any part or your order.

To avoid complications, kindly research what tax implications may apply to you before you place the order. Please make sure you are willing to pay the tax amount before you place an order with us. It will avoid any awkward discussions afterwards and keep everyone happy!
