We offer international shipping to many countries. However, due to complex and varying import laws for airsoft products, some restrictions apply. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on whether we can ship to your location, please refer to our dedicated international shipping page:

WHERE DOES REDWOLF AIRSOFT SHIP?

We offer a range of shipping options, with different prices and shipping times for each.

We send tracking numbers via email as soon as your package is shipped. The estimated delivery time is provided for reference only. Please note that additional time may be required for customs clearance, and this process varies by country.

EXPRESS

• Fastest but most expensive method, usually ships within 24 hours on business days and rely on Express Mail Service (EMS) provided by the postal services, or UPS / FEDEX / DHL depending on what you ordered and where you live.  Given that Airsoft can be sensitive, we will use the most reliable shipping company to ship your order.

AIRMAIL / REGISTERED AIRMAIL / AIR PARCEL

• Moderately priced option but slower, usually ships three times per week, and it uses the postal services

SURESHIP (USA)

• Cheapest but slower option, usually ships once a week by private logistics provider.  Once your order is placed, it will stay in PROCESSING status until the next shipment date.  Depending on the date that you placed your order, the shipping date might be up to 7-10 days later.
• Actual time depends on how long US customs takes to process the shipment and weather conditions.
• We will email a UPS tracking number to you when the order ships out.  But note that the UPS or Fedex tracking number will ONLY show updates once your order clears US customs, which usually happens 8-10 days after shipping from our warehouse.  Clearance time might be longer during holiday season.
  
• SURESHIP Tracking: Orders shipped via SURESHIP can only be tracked after they have cleared US customs. This process typically occurs 3-10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
• Approximate shipping times from the point that it ships out:  West Coast (10-12 Days) | Mid-West (13-15 Days) | East Coast (15-17) Days

USPS Premium Airmail (USA):  

• Tax inclusive shipping from RedWolf UK Warehouse, Please note that orders shipped via USPS Premium Airmail generally have a longer processing time before dispatch.

SURFACE

• This is the cheapest and slowest option of all, with no tracking available.  This option is the only one available for gas purchases, because airsoft gas is considered a dangerous good and is prohibited from air transport of any kind.  This option ships your order by boat and truck.

*Surface Mail service to the United States is currently suspended until further notice due to restrictions from our shipping carriers.

We offer a range of shipping options including SURESHIP, AIRMAIL, and EXPRESS Shipping options. EXPRESS is faster (3-7 days) but SURESHIP(7-21 days) is much cheaper and recommended for orders with guns.  RedWolf guarantees all shipments to the US, or your money back.

To ensure a seamless and predictable experience, RedWolf offers tax-inclusive shipping on all orders to the United States. This means we calculate, collect, and prepay all applicable tariffs and taxes on your behalf at checkout. You will see the total cost upfront and owe nothing more upon delivery.

We manage the entire customs clearance process for you, saving you from unexpected fees, paperwork, and delays.

For customers ordering parts and accessories who are not on a tight schedule, we recommend our Standard Airmail or USPS Premium Airmail services.

• By paying this cost upfront, you avoid unexpected fees later. This ensures a smooth customs clearance process and guarantees you will owe nothing more upon delivery.

Please be advised of the following shipping restrictions:

Hawaii: Gun orders can only be shipped via UPS.
Alaska: Service is currently suspended due to carrier limitations. We are unable to ship gun orders to Alaska at this time.
 

We can arrange a different shipping method or address than the one you selected at checkout. But we can only do this before the order ships out from our warehouse. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any more changes to it. UPS or the other shipping companies might tell you that you can change it mid-way, but our experience tells us that they will charge you extra for the change but the impact will be very limited. Frankly it’s logistically difficult to locate a package mid-way on a flight, or in a truck that’s traveling across the US. Changes can only be made at package distribution centers, but catching it is not fool-proof. Unfortunately, once your order ships out from our warehouse, there is very little change you can make to it.

Some countries will charge the buyer import and sales tax for your overseas orders. While not every package is inspected by customs in your country, that means you may or may not get taxed depending on your luck. But if you do get selected to be charged, the shipping company will inform you at the time of delivery to pay the tax. If you refuse to pay the tax, the package will not be given to you and may either be returned to us, or abandoned and destroyed. If the package is returned, we can refund your order amount minus the return shipping charges, our own restocking fee of 20%, and any other administration fees that the shipping company charges for the incident. If the package is abandoned and destroyed, we will not refund you any part or your order.

To avoid complications, kindly research what tax implications may apply to you before you place the order. Please make sure you are willing to pay the tax amount before you place an order with us. It will avoid any awkward discussions afterwards and keep everyone happy!

For USA: Choose Express or SURESHIP for all-inclusive shipping with no additional fees.
For Europe : Choose Registered Airmail for a fully handled experience. We prepay your VAT and manage customs, saving you up to €15 in clearance fees.
