Not drop in, causing bolt to get stuck.

Not sure if installed incorrectly or provided a faulty part, but was disappointing to find out that I’m unable to use this part completely. 1: the roller bolt is only big enough to fit in the G&P Buffer tube, not the standard MTR16 Buffer. 2: When installing the aluminum buffer, would sometimes slip out of the buffer, due to it not sitting snug, like OEM counterparts 3: when using, at higher rates of fire, like Full auto or consistent single fire, the bolt will 100% lock PAST the bolt catch, in which needs to remove the magazine, hit the buffer tube a couple times then the bolt will return to fire position. - this is no matter the orientation of the spring, how far or how near the buffer is screwed into the lower receiver. Also weights added do not make a determinate factor aswell. Very sad that I’m unable to get this to work.
