Does the job

I had to replace as my stock spring as it broke but trust me just leave the stock spring in your gun if it is not broken. Nowhere on the internet does it say which spring is which. I can tell you the 200% is the shiny 1 and it is way to strong of a spring for the aap01 running propane (also very hard to install). The 140% spring is the dull coloured spring and it seems to be working fine, in use it fells more like a 90% working fine on propane and I don’t think hot weather will cause light striking (tested in around 15-20C would guess the 140% would work up to and even past 30C no prob). Was getting the same fps on both springs only difference is had to use a little more hop on the 140% If your spring brakes get this and fit the 140% (dull colour 1) and you should be good to go (put the 200% in the rubbish)
