The Smith & Wesson Model 36 is a 5-shot revolver chambered for .38 Special. It is one of several models of "J-frame" Smith & Wesson revolvers. It was introduced in 1950, and is still in production.
The Tanaka Model 36, with a steel finishing, is a 6mm BB version. A tiny little 5-shell revolver that doesn't feature actual shells. You have to load the BBs into the front of the cylinder as a gas reservoir inside the cylinder as well.
It's made out of a Heavyweight plastic as it is from Japan. It also comes with a BB loader. Despite its low power, as an 6mm weapon its power ensures that if you are hit you are definitley going to feel it. It will only be effective over short range but it will still hit human sized targets quite easily and for this price its one of the reliable revolvers around.
