HK PSG1 AIRSOFT

The PSG1 (Präzisionsschützengewehr or "precision shooting rifle") is a semi-automatic sniper rifle designed and produced by the German company Heckler & Koch developed in response to the Munich massacre at the 1972 Summer Olympics. The West German police units at the time lacked the precision shooting capability to effectively neutralize the terrorists to prevent the hostages being killed and H&K was commissioned to find a solution. The result was a precision rifle based on the G3 with a free floating barrel and an optical scope by default. First introduced in 1972, the PSG-1 has become a popular precision rifle used by over 20 countries. The PSG-1 airsoft rifle has been a regular fixture for decade since the original Tokyo Marui PSG-1 Airsoft AEG Sniper, however the advent of the gas powered VFC PSG-1 Airsoft GBBR (Umarex) brought an extra sense of realism to this well liked rifle.
