UMP

AIRSOFT UMP 45

The Heckler & Koch UMP (Universale Maschinenpistole) is a submachine gun developed and manufactured by Heckler & Koch as a successor to the MP5. Designed primarily for use by American military and law enforcement units due to their greater use of the .45 ACP round, the UMP is lighter and cheaper than the MP5 due to its polymer construction. Despite these improvements the UMP did not replace the MP5 due to the latter’s outsized cultural impact which ended up outselling the UMP even after its introduction. The airsoft UMP 45 remains a relatively niche gun with only two formal replicas on the market, these airsoft UMP 45 gas blowback airsoft guns include the Umarex Airsoft UMP 45 DX SMG GBB (by VFC) and the Umarex Airsoft UMP 9 DX GBB Rifle (by VFC), G&G however does make an airsoft UMP 45 inspired gun which is the G&G PCC45 Airsoft AEG Rifle that may appeal to players with alternate tastes.
