COVID-19 RESPONSE CENTER

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, postal services around the world have been disrupted and your order may experience minor to significant delays depending on where you live.  Disruptions are caused mostly by the reduced flights between countries and safety measures protecting delivery staff from high infection areas.

We are still processing orders daily and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we are able to ship your order out.  If delivery to you will be delayed, our customer service team will contact you.

Our shipping team is working around the clock to keep this list up to date and to find solutions to get around the shipping delays.

This is a running update of how COVID-19 is impacting deliveries to different countries.

NORTH AMERICA

• USA - Express & Economy services are all normal.  Deliveries to APO addresses are still unavailable.  Economy is not available to Hawaii and Alaska.  If you are purchasing an Airsoft gun, we highly recommend you select Economy as the method of shipping since it is more reliable and all duties and taxes are guaranteed to be already included.  Economy shipments are sent once per week and require 7 - 23 days of transit time.  All Airsoft guns shipped to the US come with an orange tip as required by Federal law.
• Puerto Rico - Only FedEx Express option available.  Economy is not available.
• Canada - Express & Economy services are all normal with no delays, but no registered Airmail yet.

ASIA

• Korea - Economy cargo services and Registered Airmail running normally, but no EMS Express Service available yet.  We can ship Airsoft guns in disassembled parts. 한국으로의 이코노미 배송은 정상적으로 운영되고 있으나 특송 배송은 여전히 중단된 상태입니다.
• Japan - Express & Economy services are all normal with no delays.  Registered Airmail is still unavailable.  We can ship Airsoft guns in disassembled parts. 日本への速達は通常ですが、書留航空便はまだ一時停止されています。
• Malaysia - EMS Express normal
• Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia - all normal with no delays.
• Hong Kong is normal (Shun Fung deliveries only) with no delays.
• India is normal (EMS & Registered Airmail) with no delays.
• Pakistan - Airmail only.  Express is suspended
• New Zealand - All postal services except DHL are suspended.  DHL can only send parts and you need to pay the difference in the shipping price if you had checked out selecting Registered Airmail.
• Australia - All services except for DHL are suspended.  DHL can only send parts
• Guam, Saipan - all forms of shipping are suspended

EUROPE

• Europe - Most countries have returned to normal with little or no delays.   That includes the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy (no registered airmail), Germany, Netherlands, Belgium (no registered airmail), Greece, & Czech Republic
• Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Romania - all Postal Services are normal
• Scandanavia -  Express & Economy services are all normal with no delays
• Russia - all forms of shipping are suspended
• Ukraine - all forms of shipping are suspended
• Khazakstan - Registered Airmail only
• Cyprus - all forms of shipping are suspended
• Ireland - Express shipping by FedEx only.  Postal services unavailable.

LATIN AMERICA

• Argentina - EMS Express and Registered Airmail running normally
• Brazil - Can only ship by FedEx.
• Chile - Express Only by FedEx

We apologize we cannot list every country on this list so if you have questions regarding your country that is not mentioned above, please contact us.  We expect the situation to improve as postal services adapt to the challenges of COVID-19.

We are processing orders daily have them ready to ship within 24 hours as usual.  But for some countries with shipping delays, shipping companies may be unwilling to pick up your package until more flights become available or the post office in your country resumes normal services.  If your country is on the affected list where deliveries are delayed, you can contact us for updated information.  Our team is trying to come up with workarounds to get your order to you.

You can choose to wait, or you can request to cancel the order.

Please know that we WILL find a solution for every country.  We just need some time and thank you for your patience!

Our office and warehouse follow strict hygiene and social distancing rules to ensure continued operations.  We require all staff to wash hands constantly and wear gloves to ensure we work in a clean environment.  All RedWolf staff wear masks at ALL times.

However, your package may change hands many times at the airport, on the plane, at the sorting facility in your country, and the deliveryman who drives it to your house.  The safe thing to do is to wipe down the box of anything you order online, be it from us or from anywhere else.  We recommend cleaning anything that you get into your house, even if there have not been any confirmed cases of contracting viruses through mail order anywhere in the world.

There are many ways to enjoy Airsoft since it was designed for indoor enjoyment when it was first conceived in Japan in the mid-1970s.  Indoor target shooting is easy to set up, and for the brave souls who wear sufficient protection and use pistols or rifles that shoot less than 1 joule, indoor skirmishing is also possible!  Just don't complain when you have to vacuum all those BBs up.

Many others will use Airsoft as a training tool to keep their real steel skills sharp by practicing unholstering and reloads.  You don't have to stop Airsofting just because you can't go outside.  Now is also a great time to clean your guns and do those upgrades you've never had time to try!
