| The Squad Advanced Marksman Rifle (SAM-R) is a semi-automatic rifle developed by and in service with the United States Marine Corps. It gives the Marines the capability to provide precision fire in support of the rifle squad, providing precision fire in support of an assault, and aid in observation and adjusting of supporting arms.
The Airsoft version of the SAM-R is able to provide more or less the same functions as that of the real steel used by the USMC. Built upon the Western Arm Gas Blowback Rifle series, the SAM-R features a full length Knights Type sniper stock complete with an extendable butt plate. Fitted with a long M16A2 outer barrel under the 29cm long Sniper RAS front set, the WOC SAM-R can be fitted with an array of optics and accessories.
But why would you want to? The G&P WOC SAM-R Deluxe Edition comes included with a 3.5-10x40mm M3 Scope on a Knight's Type Sniper Version Mount, as well as a vertical foregrip and a set of 2x RIS rail covers. As usual and expected from the G&P WOC series, the SAM-R features a spattering of realistic original manufacturer markings, and is constructed from aluminum alloy, with ABS and PA furniture.
