Tanaka Type 38 Arisaka Rifle  
Tanaka take us further back down the classic rifle history path with this Type 38 rifle. The '38 is the predecessor of the Type 99, a bolt-action rifle that was adopted by the Japanese infantry. This Tanaka airsoft replica sports all the trimmings you'd expect and benefits from being fitted with real wood furniture, and it feels great and smells great too! It has a nice feeling that no synthetic materials can compare to. It has a fair weight to it, although not "arm dislocating" heavy. You will find metal parts in all the right places, with a top receiver/bolt, trigger/trigger guard, as well as a butt-stock, sling mounts and adjustable sights. It is well put together, with no creaks or wobbles, and that applies to both the outside and in, with excellent internals. It produces a nice 470fps using Green Gas and using .2g BBs, so it's no slouch, that's for sure.
