Socom Gear has always been dedicated to bring licensed guns to the airsoft community, here they come again with another beauty from the 1911 family, a Les Baer's Ultimate Recon 5" model from Les Baer Custom:

"Fully licensed Baer Ultimate Recon w/ one mag and one extra 1911 golfball dimple grip OR streamline dimple grip."

Fully licensed by Les Baer Custom (located in USA, Les Baer Custom Inc. is a real firearm manufacturer of semi-custom M1911-pattern pistols and AR-15 type rifles, since 1991), this chap surely feels like a real tactical 1911. It has the low profile sights, integral accessory rail necessary, also featuring an ambidextrous safety that you cannot find on the real one. The feel of the material is just great, with the heavy weight you just can't tell if it is a real one or a replica. Mechanism of the blowback is just another example of Socom Gear's high quality airsoft pistols.

This gun is designed to take regular green / top gas, but as a courtesy to CO2 lovers, Socom Gear also make it compatible with KJ CO2 magazine KJ M1911A1 Magazine (CO2) [KJ63]:



The power delivered using CO2 would be around 330 fps.
